WHAT'S COOKING IN THE KOMMER KITCHEN?
All of our bodies react to foods differently. Over time, Joe and I have found that a vegetarian diet works best for us. We usually try to limit dairy by cooking with substitutes or finding dairy free recipes but we haven't completely cut it out of our diet. Below you'll find some of our favorite recipes that we (most the time Joe) makes on the regular.
